Lux's mission is to provide high-quality dining experiences for all those that wish to combine elegance and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience.
Lux's got its start in the Torrington Bridge restaurant in the heart of Kingston. We now want to bring those flavours in addition to inspiration from the Caribbean, Western Africa, Europe, and the Americas to Connecticut. Come taste our flavours.
CARIBBEAN FOOD
Caribbean cuisine was born from a fusion of Arawaks, Western Africa, Amerindian, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisine. The flavours employ pimento, hot peppers, ginger, and sweet elements of the Caribbean to make meals that are memorable.
